Privacy policy

This policy explains how AUDAX ("we") processes personal data on this website and in the Prooven app, in line with the GDPR. Data controller: AUDAX, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France, antonin@prooven.fr.

1. On this website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no request is sent to a third party when you visit. The hosting provider (GitHub) logs visitors' IP addresses in its technical logs for service security.

If you write to us (for example to be notified at launch), we keep your email and message to reply and notify you of the launch, for up to 3 years after our last exchange. You can ask for deletion at any time.

2. In the Prooven app

• Account: your email address, used to sign in with a code sent by email.
• Account analysis: the Instagram username you provide, and that account's public data (bio, follower count, recent posts and their public statistics), retrieved only when you ask.
• Usage: your progress (formats viewed, games, streaks) and usage events, to run and improve the app.
• Subscription: payments go through Apple. We never receive your card details.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

• Providing the service you ask for (contract): account, analysis, formats, progress.
• Improving the app and keeping it secure (legitimate interest).
• Sending you information emails (consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link).

4. Retention

• Account and usage data: as long as your account exists, then deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
• Public data of an analysed account: as long as your account exists.
• Technical logs: 12 months maximum.

5. Service providers

We use contracted providers: Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in the European Union), Railway (app servers), Anthropic, Google (Gemini) and OpenAI (AI analysis), a public Instagram data retrieval service, Resend (emails), Apple (distribution and payments) and GitHub (hosting of this website). Some are based in the United States; these transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, get a copy, object to or restrict processing, by writing to antonin@prooven.fr. You can also delete your account from the app. If you disagree with our answer, you can contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

7. Minors

Prooven is intended for people aged 15 and over. Under 15, parental consent is required.
