Why Prooven exists

Most creators post without knowing why one video works and the next one does not. Yet videos that reach millions of views often share the same mechanics: a hook that stops the scroll in the first seconds, a clear structure, a reason to share or save.

Prooven starts from those real videos. Each format is broken down (the hook, the structure, what drives comments or shares), then adapted to your account and your niche. The app adds a score out of 100 for your account and a 5-minute daily training.

Who writes on this site

Content on this site is written and reviewed by Antonin Girardeau. When a text is prepared with the help of AI, every figure and fact is checked by hand before publishing, and the data source is always stated. How the videos are analysed is explained on the Methodology page.

Prooven is published by AUDAX, EURL (French single-member limited liability company) based at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France (SIREN 101 471 605). The Prooven trademark was filed with the French IP office (INPI) in October 2026.
